Restaurants going to 75% capacity

Personal services going to 75% capacity

Outdoor event venues going to 50% capacity

Indoor performing arts capacity increasing to 50%

I'm excited because we'll see the return of plays and concerts, and I'm loving the fact that it's beginning to look like I'll be attending men's basketball games this year and our team is going to be pretty special (yes, UConn basketball is back)

Plus business owners can start making money again, the most important thing for our economy

Whoop whoop whoop

PS: and our casinos have been open since June 1st (against the governor's wishes)

Thanks Timmy, although Huskygal has mixed emotions. She was hoping we'd get a full refund from UConn :)

Congrats Willie. My wide just returned from the Bay Area after a 3 week stay. They were still eating outside restaurants for the most part. Sky was orange with AQI exceeding 200. She practically kissed the ground when she got back to Texas. We went to 75% restaurant capacity this past Monday. There still are a lot of people staying away from our gym, but thankfully opening up many of the schools did not cause the spike I expected. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing wacky happens to slow down the progress as the tide does appear to be turning.

Thats cool. Be safe!!

We are just kinda starting to get to phase 2. Schools are supposed to open up in next few weeks but things are so damn ass backwards.

I'm still hanging in my bubble

Pretty amazing that there are actually posters on this forum that don't realize restrictions are still in place.

Florida Governor lifts COVID restrictions on restaurants and other businesses statewide. He also banned local fines against people who refuse to wear masks.

Unfortunately for me, Ontario seems to be taking a step backward.
Strip joints were all forced to close after last night. Bars have to stop serving at 11pm.

Neither of those affect me personally, but they are bad for business.

Was in College Station (Texas A&M) last night for my son's "ring dunking" ceremony in the bars.

Place was packed to capacity. If people weren't (sometimes) wearing masks, you wouldn't know anything wasn't normal.
